Alabama is pretty much out of the 12 team playoff that I hate even more than the four team. The only thing that gets them in this watered down version is back room deals and a bag man.

Both Alabama and Florida have give new coaches, 7 and 8 year deals. This is bad for everyone but the coach. I think they should start at 4 maybe 5, but the extra money is just waste.
I have been fortunate to hear Jimmy Houston speak the last two weeks on faith and fishing. Both speeches were uplifting, yet different enough events, that it did not feel like a rerun. At 80 he still speaks to 15-20 churches a year, maybe even 25. Not bad considering at age 75 he was doing 20-25. If your church men\u2019s group can get him, he is worth your time and effort.
Indiana Football is the biggest it has been in my lifetime and I am happy for them.
