What are they thinking? I realize on paper you may be able to make more money with a BYU network, and you do have the Mormon nation out there. But this was a bad move plain and simple. Its a overreaction to your instate rival getting a jump on you by being studly the last couple of seasons, and moving to the Pac 10. How many subscribers can you honestly get on the BYU network? As a independant like a Notre Dame you have to have people that honestly want to see you play week in and week out. I do not see that. This is not Steve Young or The Great Jim McMahon, this is not LaVelle E. coaching. This is just a bad move plain and simple. Whos going to schedule these guys year in and year out? I predict no one you would want to see on tv. Why should a TCU now play them? They can go on , win their conference, and play big fish, they do not need to play teams out of conference that are their equals.
