I know this is late going, and I know it wont be as good as it should be, and was last year but lets give it a short run. no St Pete Bowl, no Motor City Bowl, no Poinsetta Bowl, no Pin Stripe Bowl,
First of all lets remember what it takes to be a bowl game in my eyes, these things include one game per stadium, except the National Championship. The second is you must be two games over .500, the example I use is 7-5 get you a bowl game, 7-6 sends you home for the holidays. Another thing, is there are way to many bowl games. So the shitty ones, must go in burgerboy.net land.
I do not recognize, bowls that only have sponsors names, or no heiragtge. First up, no New Mexico bowl, BYU and UTEP did not earn crap, no New Orleans bowl, no Military Bowl, no Bell Helicopter Bowl, or TExas Bowl, sure as hell no Ticket City Bowl and no Meinke Car Care Bowl. I mean look at some of the teams in these freaking bowls. FIU, East Carolina, and BYU were all non deservings. U of Ill was also a 6-6. Dont get me wrong, I do not want to stock pile on 7-5 teams, but at least if you have to mix them in, you are not not messing up the framework.
