In Feb. 2018, the Henderson , Nv. City Council sold 55 acres to the Raiders for their practice facility and HQ.. They sold it at half value for $6.05 million. Now two years later with the HQ not even complete the Raiders have inturned sold it for $191 million then leased it back for 29 years, with options to extend 7 times for 10 years on each extension. Freaking Amazing.
